- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never, ever, obtain Insurance though this agency. I have been attempting to contact them for 3 weeks; leaving multiple voicemail messages and calling over and over for hours at a time. I was trying to cancel my policy and trying to avoid a raise in escrow. Thankfully someone from the underwriting company(ASI) was nice enough to help me out and the policy is being cancelled as I write this. They say that they are locally owned but I think they need to reevaluate how they handle their business. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I am glad that i found a wonderful agent in Fountain Inn, Kris at the Brian Spears nationwide agency. I recommend him not this Advantage Insurance agency.By Emily King, October 01, 2016
